  • What To Expect In Hot Yoga Class?

    • All of our hot yoga classes will be unique and led by one of our specialized instructors who are trained in Alignment Based Vinyasa Flow.

      Each class will include Sun Salutations, standing & seated postures, as well as deep relaxation savasana. Our heated space features natural bamboo floors, wall to wall mirrors, humidity control, HEPA filtration, & a UV filter that cleans the air. Heat is provided by an infrared heater which provides clean detoxifying heat. Room is heated between 90 & 95 degrees. This is a non-Bikram style hot yoga class

  • What To Wear What To Bring

    • Wear comfortable & breathable athletic wear.

      Many women prefer to practice Hot Yoga in a sports bra & shorts. Men often prefer shorts & no shirt. Students should wear what they are comfortable working out in

    • Hot Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time

      for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for 5 minutes or more

    • Our Hot Yin Yoga class takes place in a mildly heated room between 85-90 degrees.

    • Long holds of basic seated poses interspersed with passive or active rest facilitates fuller access to the connective tissue and lasting structural evolution.

    • Hot Detox Flow is a dynamic practice in a heated room focusing on stimulating the digestive system with the purpose of aiding the detoxification of the body.

    • Students will experience sequences of poses including twists

      bends and stretches that massage the digestive organs

    • Hot Detox Flow is done in a heated room between 90-95 degrees.

    • Hot Detox Flow is one of our most challenging classes.

      Join our instructors for this weekly class to prepare your body to start the week off right! You can expect plenty of long holds, side-bends, and twists to detox your body. Inversions are also practiced as part of this class

      Curl up in your own aerial hammock and explore your yoga from a new elevation: this class is structured just like your usual flow with centering, warmup, posture focus, inversion and savasana. This is an all-level class, beginning and ending with savasana, that utilizes our signature deluxe flying yoga hammock to elevate you off the floor, simplifying your inversions, deepening your hip openers, and bringing space to your backbends.     • This is a mixed level class open to adults and children ages 9+.
